HOW TO PLACE AN OZBEAD ORDER

We want you to enjoy your time at our web-site - so at Ozbeads we've made our online ordering system quick, simple & easy for you to use.

To start buying those gorgeous beads - click on one category in the column on the left-hand side of the Home Page - for example Indian Glass.

Have a good browse, double click on any photo for a more detailed view, decide which bead style you like, then click on the drop down box & click on the colour you would like, then click on Select Price & finally click the green 'Add to Order' button. Simple.

When you order 3 or more Strands or Rolls of the same product style simply click on the 3 strand/roll price each time you choose an individual colour, so that the cheaper price comes up on your order .

If you wish to order more than 1 of the same item, click in the box marked Packets (rolls/ strands) & change the no. to whatever amount you want. For example, to order 4 x 100g packets of the 22 x 11mm silver foil tube mix - change the packet no. from 1 to 4. This saves you having to order the same item 4 times!

You can check your order anytime by clicking on the green View Order button at the top right-hand side of the Home Page or remove items on your order by clicking on the Remove button on the right-hand side of each item ordered. To go back to the beads simply click on any category on the lefthand side on the home page.

Once you have completed your order click on View Order - check for any errors - then click on Proceed to Checkout (secure server indicators will come up on the bottom left hand corner of the screen) & fill in your name, address, payment details etc.

Click on your desired Postage Option - then click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

If your order has successfully been sent, you will see the following message on your screen. 'Thanks for your order. We'll be in touch.'

You should receive an e-mail from us within a few hours at the most - if you don't hear from us within 24 hours (excluding week-ends), please notify us by e-mail as there may be a problem with your order.

*Please check your order carefully before sending it to us to ensure that all details are correct, so that we can send your beads off to you as soon as possible.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Please be reassured that all your credit card details & personal information go straight to our Secure Server.

As soon as your order is completed & you click on Proceed to Checkout - the Secure Server indicators will immediately appear at the bottom left hand corner of the screen informing you that you are about to enter a Secure Site.

*However, if you'd prefer not to put your credit card details online - please ring them through to us on 07 46 130993 between 9am-3pm weekdays . (You will still need to fill out all the credit card details on the online order form - just substitute eg. 11111 for your credit card number)

As regards your private personal information - we do not make it available to any third parties, for any reason, unless legally required to.

DELIVERY DETAILS

We Send Straightaway ..... Please note that all orders (*once paid for) are sent off to you the same or following day..

In a Hurry..... If you order online & pay by 12.00 noon on any week-day (excluding public holidays) we will send your order that afternoon.

Local Orders
Local orders may be picked up/postage free - please send an e-mail after your online order to arrange a pick up time with us.

1. Free Ordinary Postage when paying by money order. (*If your order is over $100.00, Ozbeads will pay the extra for Express or Registered Post when you pay by money order) Add $2.00 to your money order for Express Post. (For orders under $100)
   
   
2. Only $6.00 Ordinary Post - Australia-wide - any weight. (*Suitable for smaller orders)
   
   
3. Only $8.00 - Registered Post - Australia wide - any weight. (*Most secure service - requires a signature on arrival - insured for up to $100.00 highly recommended for larger more valuable orders. Takes the same time as ordinary post to arrive.) Extra insurance available upon request.
   
   
4. Only $8.00 - Express Post - for orders up to 3kg. (*Quick service - often Next Day delivery to capital cities & larger centres - plus tracking number)

RETURNS & GUARANTEE

We want you to love & enjoy your beads from Ozbeads, but if the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval for any reason we will be happy to give you a credit or exchange.

You will need to notify us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods & return them to us packed securely at your expense, via Express or Registered Post within 14 days of notification. Please include the e-mail with your return. Goods must be returned intact & in the same condition as they were sent to you.

Ozbeads will replace goods that are defective at our own cost, provided we are notified via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods & they are returned to us within 14 days of notification.

LOST PARCELS

*Please note - Registered Post is always your most secure option to prevent your parcel being lost in the post .

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time, always check first with Australia Post, as in most cases, your parcel can be sitting at your local post office waiting to be picked up.

If your parcel cannot be located at your local post office either contact Australia Post direct on 131318 to request an investigation or contact Ozbeads & we will undertake this for you.

We are happy to replace lost Express or Registered parcels subject to advice from Australia Post, but can not replace parcels sent by ordinary post as they don't have a tracking number and so cannot be traced.

*The good news is that very few parcels go missing and most missing parcels are eventually located.
